Our employee's tenure says it all! Position SummaryManage full employee life cycle (recruiting, onboarding, changes, and off-boarding). Maintain HRIS/ATS data accuracyEnsure compliance with all regulatory laws including employment, OSHA and insuranceEnsure compliance with all company SOP and guidelines Update and communicate HR policies, handbooks, and SOPResponsible for payroll and benefits Maintains confidential employment records Develop and execute employee events. (picnic, rewards, wellness, flu shot, etc)Attend employee meetingsConflict resolution Facility Equipment & Work EnvironmentLight manufacturing and warehouseOfficesEducation & Experience4 years of HR or HR generalist experienceBachelor's degree in human resources or a related field Payroll and benefits experience Vendor communication.
