Responsibilities
- Conduct psychiatric evaluations and assessments.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients.
- Medication management and adjust treatment as necessary.
- Collaborate with nursing and therapy staff to coordinate patient care.
- Stay current with best practices and provide education to staff.
Qualifications
- Medical degree and Board Certification in Psychiatry.
- Licensure to practice in Wisconsin.
- Experience in a recovery or behavioral health setting preferred.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
