Job description:


Customer Service Representatives/ Cashiers must have:

Exceptional communication and customer service skills: Friendly and knowledgeable with a desire to help people.

Duties include, but are not limited to:

• Greeting customers
• Answering phones
• Helping customers with pool and hot tub products such as chemicals, parts, equipment, etc.; answering their questions about water chemistry, pool and spa equipment, parts and troubleshooting.
• Handling cash, credit or check transactions
• Scanning goods and collecting payments
• Counting money in cash drawers at the beginning and end of shifts to ensure that amounts are correct and that there is adequate change
• Maintain clean and tidy checkout areas

Cashier skills & proficiency:

• Basic Math (addition and subtraction)
• Interpersonal Communication/Written and Verbal Communication
