Salary: Up to $90,000 annually (based on experience)
What You’ll Do:
Manage daily sterile processing operations, including decontamination, sterilization, and instrument distribution
Ensure compliance with infection control standards and regulatory requirements
Lead, train, and support sterile processing staff
Monitor quality, workflow efficiency, and equipment performance
What You’ll Bring:
Experience in sterile processing with leadership or supervisory background
Strong knowledge of sterilization methods and surgical instrumentation
Familiarity with regulatory standards (e.g., The Joint Commission, AAMI)
CRCST certification preferred
