What You'll Do:Program, set up, and operate Doosan CNC lathes (12-32" chucks) with Fanuc controlsWork on 3-, 4-, and 5-axis machines in a non-production settingCollaborate with the team to choose the most efficient machining methodsEnsure accuracy and part quality based on blueprints and specsFollow 6S and safety protocols to maintain a top-tier work environmentEmbrace continuous improvement and innovation in tools, CAD/CAM, and setups???? What You Bring:3+ years of CNC lathe experience in a job shop environmentStrong problem-solving and prioritization skillsExcellent communication and teamwork abilitiesSelf-sufficiency with a strong desire to grow and improveHigh school diploma or GED preferred????
