Driver

We are looking for a reliable, energetic, and customer-focused Porter / Driver to join our team at [Dealership Name], a proud Ford dealership. In this role, you will play a key role in keeping our dealership running smoothly by moving vehicles, delivering cars, shuttling customers, and maintaining the professional appearance of our lot and vehicles.

This is a great entry-level position with opportunity for growth within a fast-paced automotive environment.

• Safely move and park vehicles around the dealership lot, service area, and storage areas
• Deliver new and used vehicles to customers, other dealerships, or off-site locations
• Pick up and shuttle customers to and from their homes, offices, or other locations
• Perform vehicle detailing tasks including washing, vacuuming, cleaning interiors, and touch-up of vehicles
• Fuel vehicles and check basic fluid levels as needed
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional appearance of the vehicle lot and service drive
• Assist with inventory management, including placing stock vehicles and ensuring proper lot flow
• Run errands for the dealership (parts runs, title work, etc.) when required
• Provide excellent customer service during pick-ups and drop-offs
• Follow all safety protocols and dealership policies while operating vehicles

• Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record (must be insurable)
• Ability to drive both automatic and manual transmission vehicles
• Previous porter, driver, lot attendant, or dealership experience is preferred but not required
• Strong attention to detail and pride in vehicle appearance
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods
• Flexible availability (including some Saturdays)
• Reliable transportation to and from work
