Key Responsibilities

• Guest Service: Greet and assist guests with menu selections and beverage choices, ensuring a friendly and welcoming atmosphere.
• Order Management: Accurately take and process customer orders, ensuring timely delivery of food and drinks.
• Food and Beverage Knowledge: Maintain a thorough understanding of menu items, specials, and wine pairings to enhance guest experience.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with kitchen staff and fellow servers to ensure smooth restaurant operations.
• Cleanliness: Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including tables and service stations.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a restaurant server in a fast-paced environment is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure.
• Must be available to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Food Handler's Certificate is a plus.
