While we're located in Southaven, we're just minutes from Olive Branch and Hernando and surrounded by established neighborhoods, new residential and commercial development, and several of the area's leading schools. - Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
- Assist customers with policy changes and updates.
- Process insurance claims and follow up with customers.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
- Previous customer service experience preferred.
- Property & Casualty Insurance License
- Life/Health Insurance License
- Ability to obtain licensing requirements if unlicensed
