Responsibilities:

• Welcome customers and assist them throughout the vehicle shopping process
• Learn and present vehicle features, technology, and benefits
• Help customers find the right vehicle for their needs
• Follow up with leads, phone calls, and showroom guests
• Deliver a positive, professional, and informative customer experience
• Work closely with the sales team to support dealership goals
