Working for Legacy Gymnastics you are:DependableTeachableCreativeDisciplinedPassionate about teaching kidsSkills and experience level considered, but we will train a qualified candidate.***Free Legacy Center Membership included for employees.RESPONSIBILITIES AND QUALIFICATIONSPersonal gymnastic experience with a strong knowledge of girl's gymnastics is preferred.Great customer service skills.Friendly personality and demeanor.Ability to work well with all types of youth.Physically strong to safely spot adolescent youth in gymnasticsAble to help move heavy equipment. Knowledge of gymnastics techniques and safety procedures.Perform warm-up routines.Create and implement lesson plan.Provide feedback and encouragement to students.Communicate with parents about student progress and behavior.The ideal candidate is a self-starter with enthusiasm for teaching girls through motivation and role modeling.
