Lead Commercial Superintendent
Job Description
Cleveland Construction is hiring a Lead Superintendent for a project in Oak Creek, WI. This role would be perfect for an experienced commercial Superintendent with experience with fuel station work and who is willing to travel short-term and long-term once the project is complete. We are looking for a Superintendent who takes ownership of the job site, delivers safe and high-quality results.

What You’ll Do
Lead the field team and daily on-site construction operations
Manage subcontractors, schedules, and inspections
Coordinate with municipal officials and project owners
Enforce safety, quality, and code compliance
Maintain project documentation and reporting
What We’re Looking For
7+ years of commercial construction experience
Strong leadership and communication skills
Tech-savvy with modern construction tools and software
OSHA 30 certified, preferred
Travel, required
