SIGN-ON BONUS UP TO $2500. PT OR FT Position available, 2 day shifts per week as cook PT or add 1-3 additional shifts per week day or evening shift to earn more hours or FT benefits. Competitive Rate & Sign-on Bonus.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Directs kitchen workers engaged in food preparation to ensure an efficient and satisfactory food service

• Prepares meals, cooks and serves food while maintaining a high standard of quality and appearance according to diet and texture

• Manages cost containment, inventory

• Maintains kitchen and food safety standards according to County and State requirements

• Responsible for overall kitchen and dining room sanitation and cleanliness during shift

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED)

• Experience in-line cooking for 1 plus years in medium to high volume restaurant (500 plus people) and 1 plus years supervising a minimum of 3 employees preferred.
