Integrity In-Home Care LLC is looking for a compassionate caregiver to provide respite care for a male client in Lexington, SC. The client has dementia and is recovering from a recent hip fracture, so we're looking for someone who is attentive, safety-conscious, and comfortable providing supportive care.
This is a great opportunity for a caregiver who wants a consistent weekly Thursday schedule while making a meaningful difference for a client and his family.

Preferred shifts:
8:00 AM – 12:00 PM
OR
1:00 PM – 5:00 PM
or 8AM - 5PM

- ????️ Meal preparation and assistance with eating
- ???? Medication reminders
- ????️ Fall prevention and safety supervision
- ???? Light housekeeping related to the client's care
- ????️ Changing bed linens
- ???? Keeping the client's bathroom clean and safe
- ???? Companionship and supervision
- ❤️ Providing respite for the client's spouse while she attends appointments or travels
Every Thursday starting August 27, 2026

???? We're Looking for Someone Who Is:
- Compassionate and patient
- Reliable and punctual
- Comfortable working with seniors
- Experienced with dementia care preferred
- Comfortable with safety supervision and fall prevention
- A good communicator who treats clients with dignity and respect
- Able to follow a care plan and provide dependable support
- Has reliable transportation and licensed (required)
