About the Role
The SSB&T Internship is a 10-week internship program beginning in June and ending in July. Through this program, students will gain hands-on experience in customer service and banking operations. They will learn to build relationships and understand the unique needs of Security State Bank & Trust
Essential Responsibilities
- Champion SSB&T’s Core Values: Model SSB&T’s core values, embedding them into data strategy, governance, and team culture.
- In addition to other duties as assigned from time to time in SSB&T's reasonable discretion, responsibilities include:
- 10 Week Internship Program
- Introduction to Lending, Credit, Retail, Insurance, Risk Management, Audit, Compliance, Talent Management, and more
- Soft skills and personal development
- Interns will prepare and present their internship experience to management
Qualifications
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Must be diligent, hardworking, sincere, and a quick learner
- Must be a self-starter, motivated, and able to work independently
- Preferred business-related majors
- Banking and Finance, Business, Accounting, Ag Business, Business Management
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications
