MATERIAL HANDLER – Rover Handler

Monday - Friday

7:00 am - 3:30 pm

$17.00 per hour

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

Identify and verify metal materials using loading lists, work orders, and supervisor instructions.
Load and stage materials for flatbed trucks, customer vehicles, and other transportation equipment.
Operate a forklift to safely move, position, and arrange materials.
Wrap, strap, secure, and label products according to shipping procedures.
Verify materials and quantities to ensure orders are accurate and complete.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
Follow all safety procedures and loading instructions.
Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily production and shipping needs.
Adapt to changing assignments and priorities throughout the shift.
Perform other duties as assigned.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Forklift experience or certification preferred.
Ability to read and follow loading lists, work orders, and written instructions.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
Ability to judge distance, space, and material placement accurately.
Effective communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to work safely and efficiently in a fast-paced material-handling environment.
Dependable, adaptable, and able to follow supervisor direction.
