Job Description
CDR General Services is seeking dependable and hardworking Bilingual General Laborers to support our production team in Pollock, LA. The ideal candidate must be physically capable, safety-conscious, and comfortable working in hot and humid production environments.

Job Details
  • Job Type: Full-Time
  • Location: Pollock,LA
  • Pay Rate: $18.00 per hour

Key Responsibilities
  • Sweep floors and maintain clean work areas.
  • Empty bins and trash containers.
  • Pick up debris and assist with general housekeeping tasks.
  • Fill and maintain coolers for production employees.
  • Learn operating positions to assist with employee break and lunch schedules.
  • Support the production team as needed.
  • Follow all safety procedures and workplace instructions.

Requirements
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish.
  • Able to lift up to 75 lbs.
  • Able to stoop, bend, climb, stand, and walk for up to 12 hours per shift.
  • Able to read signage and understand verbal and written safety instructions.
  • Must provide own steel-toed or composite-toe boots in boot form, coming at least 4 inches above the ankle. Tie or slip-on boots are acceptable.
  • Comfortable working in hot and humid conditions, with temperatures that may exceed 100°ree;F.
  • Reliable, hardworking, and safety-conscious.
  • All other required PPE will be provided.
  • Fluids, ice, scheduled breaks, and cool-down rooms are provided.
