If you're looking to join a people-first organization where you can pursue a fulfilling career path alongside a supportive team, you can find all that and more at Starbird!DO YOU MEET THESE QUALIFICATIONS?At least 18 years old1+ years of experience in restaurant, hospitality, retail, or food serviceExperience with opening and closing proceduresAbility to lead staff and supervise teams as well as coach and develop team membersAbility to obtain Food Handler Certification within 30 daysAbility to stand or walk for 6-8 hours, lift 30 lbs, and work safely in a kitchenKnowledge of restaurant operations, food safety standards, and guest service standardsAbility to lead in a fast-paced environmentAbility to communicate clearly and resolve conflictsWHAT WILL YOU DO AS A RESTAURANT SUPERVISOR?As a Restaurant Supervisor, you will step into the restaurant as a visible leader, guiding your team through the fast-paced rhythm of service. You will set the tone for hospitality, ensuring every guest enjoys a warm and memorable experience. As you move through the dining room, you will monitor cleanliness, address guest concerns, and support the front-of-house during busy periods. You will coach team members in real time, helping them grow and reinforcing Starbird's values. Throughout your shift, you will manage deployment, workflow, and operational routines, all while keeping a close eye on food quality, safety, and compliance.
