Responsibilities:

• Implement behavioral intervention plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
• Work closely with families and multidisciplinary teams to develop and execute individualized treatment plans
• Collect and record data on client behavior to track progress and make data-driven decisions
• Maintain a safe and therapeutic environment, ensuring the physical and emotional well-being of clients
• Collaborate with RBTs, BCBAs, and other professionals to achieve client goals

Requirements:

Certificate in Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) or related field
0 years of experience in ABA therapy or a related field (training provided)
Part-time schedule, with flexibility to accommodate client needs
