The Position

You will provide comprehensive outpatient pediatric care through a combination of virtual visits and scheduled in-person clinic coverage. The organization uses a collaborative, team-based model designed to support clinical quality, provider efficiency, and continuity of care.

Responsibilities

• Provide preventive, acute, and chronic pediatric care

• Conduct well-child visits and developmental assessments

• Diagnose and manage common pediatric conditions

• Develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans

• Educate parents and caregivers regarding treatment, prevention, and childhood wellness

• Deliver pediatric care through both telemedicine and in-person visits

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation

• Collaborate with physicians, advanced-practice providers, and clinical support teams

• Provide culturally responsive care to a diverse patient population

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree

• Active California medical license

• Board certified or board eligible in Pediatrics

• Outpatient pediatric experience preferred

• Comfortable providing both telemedicine and in-person care

• Strong communication, adaptability, and teamwork skills

• Spanish, Russian, Farsi, or Pashto language skills are a plus
