Membership Sales Liaison
We are seeking a fun, goal driven minded sales person with a passion in promoting a healthy lifestyle and helping others to join our TEAM at Anatomy....voted "Best Gym in Miami"
In this position, you'll be an integral part of our team and will have a positive impact on Anatomy's success:
%CF; Help develop monthly sales promotions and meet/exceed sales goals
%CF; Generate leads thru prospecting, networking and member referrals
%CF; Develop and cultivate relationships with members to garner member referral memberships
%CF; Promote and attend club social events
%CF; Serve as an Anatomy ambassador to local businesses, corporations, and community member
Necessary Traits:
%CF; Passion for fitness and wellness
%CF; Communicate clearly and effectively with members and colleagues
%CF; Have exceptional interpersonal skills
%CF; Provide stellar customer service
%CF; Manage time efficiently and effectively
Responsibilities:
%CF; Sell club memberships and ancillaries
%CF; Organize activities each month that include strategic outreach and revenue generation
%CF; Build rapport and develop professional relationships with new and existing members
%CF; Become proficient in Anatomy’s CRM systems
%CF; Collaborate with multiple departments to assist in individual and team goals
%CF; Manage time efficiently and effectively
Requirements:
%CF; At least 2 years strong sales and/or management background with a proven track record of success
%CF; Previous experience within hospitality a plus
%CF; You function well in a fast-paced environment and enjoy a challenge
%CF; You are a born seller and are goal-driven
%CF; Proficient in Excel and Word
%CF; Must be able to work with flexible schedules, weekends and holidays if necessary
