We are seeking dedicated, part-time Registered Nurses (RNs) who are passionate about delivering exceptional, resident-centered care. This is an ideal opportunity for nurses looking to keep their skills sharp, earn extra income, or enjoy a more flexible work schedule.
Key Responsibilities:
Care Planning: Collaborate with the healthcare team to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans.
Medication Administration: Prepare and administer medications (oral, subcutaneous, and IV), document accurately, and promptly report any adverse reactions.
Bedside Care: Provide comprehensive bedside care for a wide range of medical patients, including pre- and post-surgical cases.
Clinical Skills: Change dressings, insert catheters, start IVs, and monitor/adjust specialized clinical equipment.
Emergency Response: Closely monitor resident vital signs and initiate immediate corrective action if a patient displays adverse symptoms.
Documentation & Discharge: Record all medical information and care notes concisely, accurately, and on time.
An active, unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of North Carolina.
Current CPR and First Aid certification.
Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
Exceptional communication skills and a team-oriented demeanor.
