Crystal Springs Inc., a leading residential facility for individuals with varying disabilities, is currently seeking a dedicated Special Needs Teacher to join our dynamic team full-time in Assonet, MA.WHAT'S THE SCOPE?-We offer a competitive wage. You develop and coordinate educational programs that cover everything from academics, fine and gross motor skills, language development, behavioral and social skills, to the essential activities of daily living. You craft Individualized Educational Plans (IEPs) specifically tailored to each student in your class - ensuring that each child gets the personalized attention they deserve.But that's not all! You also get to supervise and evaluate classroom teaching assistants, teacher aides, and assigned float teacher aides.
