Job Summary:
The Director of Nursing will lead the Nursing Department at a Skilled Nursing Facility in Philadelphia, PA. Director of Nursing Key Responsibilities:
• Nursing Operations: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Nursing Department, including staffing, scheduling, and budgeting.
• Clinical Leadership: Provide clinical guidance and mentorship to nursing staff, ensuring the highest standards of patient care and adherence to evidence-based practice.
• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and accreditation standards.
• Staff Development: Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of nursing staff.
• Quality Improvement: Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to identify and implement quality improvement initiatives.
• Communication: Foster open and effective communication among nursing staff, other departments, and management.
Director of Nursing Requirements:
• Minimum Years of Experience: 5 years of experience, with a strong passion for nursing and leadership.
• Current Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of Pennsylvania
