Overview
We are seeking a motivated Roofer Laborer to support our roofing projects by assisting with installation, repair, and maintenance tasks. This role offers an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the roofing industry, working alongside skilled professionals on diverse construction sites. Duties

• Assist with the installation and repair of roofing systems using hand tools and power tools
• Prepare job sites by setting up scaffolding, ladders, and safety equipment
• Carry materials such as shingles, metal panels, and framing components to designated areas.
• Perform heavy lifting of materials and equipment safely across job sites
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment while adhering to safety protocols

Qualifications

• Prior construction site experience or hands-on labor work preferred but not required
• Ability to perform heavy lifting and physically demanding tasks daily
• Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and basic construction techniques
• Willingness to learn about roofing systems, blueprint reading, and schematic interpretation
• Strong work ethic with attention to safety standards and detail-oriented mindset
• Basic knowledge of construction estimating or remodeling is a plus
• Valid driver’s license is preferred for site access and material transport
