What You’ll Do:
  • Support residents’ psychosocial needs through daily interactions and engagement
  • Assist with coordinating activities and programs that promote socialization and well-being
  • Provide emotional support and companionship to residents
  • Help maintain documentation related to resident participation and services
  • Work collaboratively with nursing, activities, and interdisciplinary teams
  • Assist with addressing resident concerns and communicating needs appropriately
  • Ensure a positive, respectful, and supportive environment for all residents

What We’re Looking For:
  • Previous experience in healthcare, long-term care, or a related setting preferred
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Compassionate, patient, and resident-focused mindset
  • Organized and able to manage multiple tasks throughout the day
  • Ability to work as part of a team and independently
  • Basic computer skills for documentation
  • Must be eligible to work in a healthcare setting with no abuse-related findings
