What You’ll Do:
- Support residents’ psychosocial needs through daily interactions and engagement
- Assist with coordinating activities and programs that promote socialization and well-being
- Provide emotional support and companionship to residents
- Help maintain documentation related to resident participation and services
- Work collaboratively with nursing, activities, and interdisciplinary teams
- Assist with addressing resident concerns and communicating needs appropriately
- Ensure a positive, respectful, and supportive environment for all residents
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous experience in healthcare, long-term care, or a related setting preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Compassionate, patient, and resident-focused mindset
- Organized and able to manage multiple tasks throughout the day
- Ability to work as part of a team and independently
- Basic computer skills for documentation
- Must be eligible to work in a healthcare setting with no abuse-related findings
