All Team Staffing is seeking experienced, customer-focused Bartenders to join our hospitality team! We’re looking for individuals who thrive in fast-paced environments and take pride in delivering exceptional service. Our clients include stadiums, event centers, hotels, and private venues across the Kansas City area.
Position Details:
- Position: Bartender
- Schedule: Flexible (weekday, weekend, and event shifts available)
- Pay Rate: Competitive, based on experience
- Start Date: Immediate openings
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages efficiently and professionally
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
- Check identification and adhere to all alcohol service laws and company policies
- Handle cash and process transactions accurately
- Deliver friendly, high-quality customer service at all times
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of bartending experience (banquet, event, or restaurant setting preferred)
- Must have reliable transportation
- Must have all-black uniform (black shirt, black pants, slip-resistant shoes)
- Bartending license or alcohol service certification (preferred)
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
