Roles and Responsibilities
%CF; Maintain cleanliness throughout the venue as per health department standards and regulations
%CF; Greet customers within two minutes of them being seated
%CF; Be knowledgeable of beer, wine, and liquor brands
%CF; Take drink orders and ring in orders on the correct check through the POS system
%CF; Garnish and run drinks to tables, take food orders by position numbers at the tables, and upsell through providing recommendations
%CF; Be mindful of customer’s food allergies, dietary restrictions, and other specific inquiries
%CF; ID customers and safely serve alcohol as per state laws
%CF; Complete daily side-work as directed by management
%CF; Report directly to management and the General Manager
