Job Responsibilities:- Sort, wash, dry, fold, and store all hotel linens and towels
- Operate and maintain laundry equipment in a safe and efficient manner
- Ensure all laundry areas are kept clean and organized at all times
- Assist with inventory management and stock control
- Provide exceptional customer service to guests regarding laundry requests
- Prior experience in a similar role is preferred but not required
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Attention to detail and high standards of cleanliness
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed
