Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and reliable Painter / Maintenance Team Member to join our Maintenance Department. This is a fast-paced, hands-on role that requires strong multitasking skills and self-motivation. The Painter will report directly to the Director of Maintenance and assist with the overall organization and efficiency of the Maintenance Department.
Key Responsibilities (include but are not limited to):Perform interior and exterior painting and maintenance for the main building and surrounding grounds
Assist with general building and grounds maintenance as needed
Carry out preventative maintenance tasks to support facility upkeep
Maintain accurate records related to maintenance work performed
Support the organization and daily operations of the Maintenance Department
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Willingness to perform physical labor
Prior painting or maintenance experience preferred
