Job Summary:

At Kids Club ABA, we are redefining the world of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy for children. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team of dedicated professionals. As a BCBA, you will play a vital role in developing and implementing individualized behavior intervention plans, conducting assessments, providing training to parents and staff, and collaborating with other team members.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement individualized behavior intervention plans

  • Conduct assessments and maintain records and documentation

  • Provide training to parents and staff

  • Collaborate with other members of the team and BCBA's

  • Supervise RBTs and attend professional development activities

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in ABA or related field

  • BCBA certification

  • 2+ years of experience working with children with autism as a BCBA

  • Strong understanding of ABA principles

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Ability to work flexible hours

  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Total Compensation:

$85,000 - $125,000 annually, with opportunities for growth and promotion
