New Vista Nursing & Rehabilitation Center is looking for an experienced Food Services Department Lead with a valid CDM certification required, 3-5 years experience preferred, and knowledgeable with nursing home regulations. Long Term Care facility, 340 beds.
Managed staff of 30+ employees which include cooks, aids and supervisors
Knowledge of Brimstone software
Familiar with LTC state and city health department regulations
Ability to work independent.
