We’re Hiring: Spa Associate | LIVE Hydration Spa Gretna

Love health and wellness, connecting with people, and creating an amazing client experience? LIVE Hydration Spa Gretna is looking for a high-energy, outgoing, and sales-driven Spa Associate to join our team!

This is more than a front desk role. Our Spa Associates are an important part of the LIVE experience — welcoming clients, educating them on our services, recommending the best options for their goals, and helping drive the growth of our spa.

• Create an exceptional experience for every client from the moment they walk in to check-out
• Build relationships with clients and help them feel comfortable, welcomed, and excited to return
• Educate clients on LIVE services, memberships, packages, enhancements, and retail products
• Confidently recommend and upsell services and add-ons based on each client’s needs
• Follow up with leads and existing clients to drive appointments, memberships, and sales
• Answer phones, schedule appointments, and assist with client questions
• Help create engaging social media content and promote current specials and events
• Support community outreach and help build awareness of LIVE throughout the Gretna community
• Confidently use our booking system, POS, texting platforms, and other technology
• Help maintain a clean, organized, professional, and welcoming spa environment
• Take initiative and support the team wherever needed throughout the day

• Outgoing, confident, and comfortable starting conversations
• Sales-minded, goal-oriented, and motivated to help grow the business
• Positive, professional, and genuinely enjoys working with people
• Reliable, punctual, and able to take initiative without constant direction
• Comfortable learning technology and new systems
• Familiar with social media and comfortable helping create basic content
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Interested in health, wellness, and the services LIVE offers
• Previous sales, hospitality, spa, fitness, retail, or customer service experience is a plus

Weekend availability is required.

Spa Hours:

Monday-Thursday: 9am-6pm

Friday & Saturday: 9am-3pm

Sunday: 11am-3pm
