We are seeking an experienced Assistant Head Housekeeper to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting the Head Housekeeper in managing the housekeeping team and ensuring that all guest rooms and public areas are kept clean and tidy.

Responsibilities:

- Assist the Head Housekeeper in managing the housekeeping team

- Ensure that all guest rooms and public areas are cleaned and maintained to a high standard

- Train and supervise housekeeping staff

- Ensure that all cleaning equipment and supplies are stocked and maintained

- Report any maintenance issues to the Head Housekeeper

- Assist with inventory management and ordering of supplies

- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations

Requirements:

- Proven experience as an Assistant Head Housekeeper or similar role

- Excellent organizational and time management skills

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines

- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, proper storage, and disposal methods

- Ability to train and supervise staff

- High school diploma or equivalent; degree in hospitality or related field is a plus
