Construction Laborer

We are looking for motivated people to join our Goodlettsville-based rock slinging division. Prior experience is not required, and new team members will receive on-the-job training. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, a willingness to learn quickly and accept instruction, and a valid drivers license with a clean driving record.

Additionally, the prospective team member must be able to work outside in various weather conditions including the summer heat and late fall cold. Other basic qualifications include

-must be able to accept instruction from crew leader

-must be able to handle shovels, rakes, and other hand tools

-must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.,

must be able to pass a pre-employment and random drug screenings

-valid drivers license and clean driving record is preferred.

A standard week is approximately 8-10 hrs/ day, 5 days/ wk, but some weekend or night work may be required during peak season. Paid holidays, Medical, dental and vision insurance are available, and we also assist team members with obtaining their CDL. We look forward to speaking with you!
