SENIOR COMPANION & HOME CARE AIDE - Muscatine Area

Amada Senior Care Davenport IA is seeking dependable and caring team members to support our expanding client base throughout the Muscatine area.

Position Details:

• Part-Time
• PRN/Flexible Scheduling
• Potential to Transition Into Full-Time

Starting Compensation:

• Approximately $17.00/hour

Current Shift Needs:

• Days
• Evenings
• Overnights
• Weekend coverage

About the Role:
Our caregivers help clients maintain independence by providing non-medical support services, companionship, supervision, and assistance with everyday activities inside the home.

Examples of Responsibilities:

• Companionship and emotional support
• Assistance with personal care routines
• Meal preparation and grocery shopping
• Laundry and household assistance
• Transportation to appointments and errands
• Monitoring client safety and environment
• Documenting care notes after visits
• Communicating changes or concerns to supervisors
• Participating with the care team as needed

Preferred but not required: 2 years of caregiving or equivalent experience

• Reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license
• Current automobile insurance
• Ability to read and follow care instructions
• Professionalism and compassion toward clients and families
• Willingness to complete orientation and ongoing training requirements
• Bilingual in English and Spanish a plus but not required
