This is the most advanced role, involving patrol, emergency response, and incident management. To qualify, you must stay in good standing, remain employed through the end of the season, and work at least two shifts in both September and October. The bonus is paid in steps for completing training, staying through the summer, and finishing the season, rewarding team members who stay consistent from start to finish.
