This position focuses on guest interaction, traffic flow, and parking lot safety while introducing team members to basic safety operations. This role is more structured and detail-focused, ensuring that everyone entering the park is properly screened and authorized. In-Park Security Associate – $18.00/hrMinimum Age: 18Security License Required: Yes (training provided) OverviewIn-Park Security Associates perform active safety and security operations throughout the park. This is the most advanced role, involving patrol, emergency response, and incident management. Key ResponsibilitiesPatrol the park to maintain a safe environmentRespond to security and medical incidentsEnforce park rules and safety policiesAssist guests and provide reassurance during situationsSecure restricted areas and facilitiesWrite detailed incident reportsSupport entry screening when neededWhat Sets This Role ApartHighest responsibility and pay levelRequires quick decision-making and strong situational awarenessInvolves direct incident response and problem-solvingMore physically active and dynamic work environmentIn-Park Security Bonus (Up to $300):Security team members can earn a bonus for staying reliable throughout the entire season, including the slower fall months. To qualify, you must stay in good standing, remain employed through the end of the season, and work at least two shifts in both September and October. The bonus is paid in steps for completing training, staying through the summer, and finishing the season, rewarding team members who stay consistent from start to finish.
