Shop Support Specialist – Warehouse & Fleet SupportLaVergne's Plumbing & Heating | Everson, WA$25–$30/hour DOE | Full-Time, Monday–FridayLaVergne's Plumbing & Heating is seeking a Shop Support Specialist – Warehouse & Fleet Support to be the operational backbone of our shop and field teams. This role is critical to keeping our technicians productive, our inventory accurate, our shop clean, and our fleet ready to roll every day.If you're highly organized, take pride in a clean and well-run workspace, and enjoy being the person who keeps everything running smoothly behind the scenes, we want to hear from you.What You'll DoThis is a hands-on, detail-driven role based at our Everson shop. Your responsibilities will include:Inventory & Shop OperationsMaintain accurate, up-to-date shop and truck inventoryReceive, organize, label, and stock parts and materialsPrepare materials and equipment for upcoming jobsMonitor inventory levels and proactively reorder suppliesHold technicians accountable for truck stock levels and returnsKeep the shop, warehouse, and storage areas clean, organized, and professional at all timesFleet & Equipment SupportPerform light fleet checks and oversight, including:Monitoring oil, coolant, and other fluid levelsChecking and maintaining tire pressuresReporting maintenance needs and coordinating service as neededAssist with basic upkeep of tools, equipment, and shop assetsFamiliarity with light equipment (such as small excavators or similar machinery) is a strong plus, though not requiredTeam SupportAnticipate needs before they become problemsSupport technicians so they can stay focused on field workServe as a dependable point of coordination between the shop, trucks, and officeWhat We're Looking ForPositive, dependable, and self-motivatedHighly organized and detail-orientedStrong sense of ownership and accountabilityTakes cleanliness seriously-this is non-negotiableComfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentWillingness to learn, grow, and take pride in doing things the right wayWhat We OfferCompetitive pay: $25–$30/hour, depending on experienceMedical and dental benefitsPaid sick leave, paid vacation, and paid holidaysStable, Monday–Friday scheduleTraining and support from industry leadersA respectful, low-drama, team-first environmentLong-term opportunity with a growing, family-owned companyAbout UsFounded in 1951, LaVergne's Plumbing & Heating proudly serves Skagit and Whatcom counties.
