Housekeeper

Pay Range: $10-13/Hour | Immediate Access to DailyPay

Rate of pay is based on experience

• Clean residents’ apartments in accordance with policy, procedures, and schedule as assigned
• Clean common areas in accordance with policy, procedures, and schedule as assigned
• Complete Housekeeper Checklist daily, immediately reporting to management any problem that may arise that could keep you from completing the checklist
• Communicate to management any maintenance issues noticed that require attention
• Use proper body mechanics to lift or assist in a lift
• Fully understand emergency procedures and respond in accordance with policy & procedures in the event of fire or other emergencies
• Able to read & write
• Able to follow both oral and written instructions
• Able to lift 75 pounds unassisted, and 125 pounds per person in a two-person lift
• Regular in attendance, always in compliance with dress code
• Work well with others, and also independently
• Positive attitude displayed toward residents, families, management, and other staff
• Patient, compassionate, and in overall good physical and mental health
• Attend monthly scheduled staff meetings
