Senior Account Executive for Mens Outerwear and Sportswear.

Hawke & Co. is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Account Executive to help grow our Men’s Outerwear & Sportswear business. The ideal candidate brings proven experience building product lines, developing new business, and driving sustained sales growth. This role requires a dynamic, hands-on sales leader who can build strong relationships, exceed goals, and negotiate with confidence.

Essential Responsibilities

• Drive new business development across Men’s Outerwear & Sportswear.

• Manage and grow key accounts while identifying opportunities for expansion.

• Partner closely with Design, Production, and International Offices as needed.

• Establish and cultivate strong relationships with major department stores and independent retailers throughout every phase of the sales cycle.

• Own account-level planning and forecasting in alignment with company goals.

• Monitor customer preferences and market trends—optimizing costing, color, silhouette, and product offerings—and collaborate with Design and Production to respond strategically.

• Conduct thoughtful and strategic competitive shopping on a monthly basis.

• Review end-of-season performance and help develop seasonal strategies to drive growth and profitability.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of experience in Sales, Buying, or Merchandising within Men’s Outerwear or Sportswear.

• Existing relationships with Buyers and key retailers are a plus but not required.

• Strong sales acumen with a balance of creative and analytical thinking.

• Entrepreneurial mindset; hands-on, strategic problem solver.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

• Excellent eye for showroom presentation and product storytelling.

• Willingness and flexibility to travel as needed to support accounts.
