Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate In-Person BCBA to join our team at Alight Behavioral Therapy in Shelby, North Carolina. As a BCBA, you will work closely with our experienced team of therapists to provide high-quality ABA therapy services to children on the autism spectrum. Our goal is to empower these children to reach their full potential, and we believe that the right BCBA can make a real difference in their lives.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct in-home ABA therapy sessions with children on the autism spectrum, using evidence-based treatment approaches

  • Develop and implement customized treatment plans in collaboration with our experienced team of therapists

  • Monitor and record progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed to ensure optimal outcomes

  • Communicate regularly with parents and caregivers to ensure seamless integration of therapy with daily life

  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date with the latest best practices in ABA therapy

  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including psychologists, speech therapists, and occupational therapists, to ensure comprehensive care
