Responsibilities:
Develop and implement individualized recreational therapy plans to address physical, emotional, and social needs of patients
Conduct assessments to identify patient needs and goals
Design and lead recreational and therapeutic activities, such as arts and crafts, music therapy, and games, to promote patient engagement and skill development
Collaborate with other members of the healthcare team to ensure comprehensive care
Document patient progress and outcomes
Maintain a safe and clean environment for patient activities
Requirements:
0 years of experience as a Recreation Therapist or related field
** Bachelor's degree**
Preferred Qualifications:
Certification as a Recreation Therapist (CTRS)
Experience working with geriatric patients
