We are currently seeking an Automotive Internet Lead Salesperson to enhance our customer experience and support sales growth. Job Details Job Type: Full Time Location: Iowa City, IA 52246 Salary: Competitive pay with one of the most aggressive pay plans in the industry Key Responsibilities Communicate effectively with internet customers and prospects using their preferred method: phone, email, or in person Provide accurate information about our products and services, staying knowledgeable or eager to learn about dealership offerings Direct customers to relevant online product resources Support and satisfy transportation needs of internet-generated customers Assist customers in selecting the right vehicle to meet their needs Check and respond promptly to email inquiries throughout the day Coordinate internet promotions with dealership sales campaigns and advertising efforts Maintain and update the customer database to encourage repeat business Participate in sales meetings and ongoing product training Work Environment and Benefits Brand new remodeled showroom Onsite paid training and ongoing product training Positive and supportive team environment Health, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) retirement plan Paid holidays and vacation time Vehicle purchase program
Job Requirement:Qualifications Automotive internet sales experience is preferred but not required Strong ambition and drive to succeed Excellent customer service and follow-up skills Effective time management and organizational skills Strong communication skills, both written and verbal Professional and well-groomed appearance Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and be coachable
