Position Summary:
We’re looking for energetic, passionate, and dynamic fitness coaches to lead high-energy group training sessions and inspire members to achieve their fitness goals. The ideal candidate brings enthusiasm, professionalism, and a deep commitment to health and fitness. You’ll be the face of motivation, safety, and fun—every class, every time.

Responsibilities:

• Lead high-energy group classes using Orangetheory’s science-backed format
• Deliver personalized coaching based on heart rate data
• Provide modifications and ensure member safety
• Create a positive, motivating class environment
• Engage with members to build relationships and community

Qualifications:

• Hold a current nationally accredited fitness certification (e.g., NASM, ACE, ISSA, ACSM, NSCA)
• CPR/AED certified
• Experience teaching group fitness classes (preferred, but not required-we’ll train the right person!)
• Charismatic, professional, and comfortable speaking in front of a group
• Must be coachable, team-oriented, and passionate about motivating others
• Reliable and flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
