Job Summary:
We are seeking experienced caregivers to provide compassionate in-home care services to clients needing daily assistance and support. As a Caregiver (Experienced) with SYNERGY HomeCare, you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for our clients.
Responsibilities:
Provide high-quality, compassionate care to clients in their homes, focusing on their physical, emotional, and social needs
Assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
Prepare meals, manage medications, and perform light housekeeping tasks as needed
Encourage independence, socialization, and engagement in activities that bring joy and fulfillment
Collaborate with our clinical team to develop and implement personalized care plans
Maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with clients, families, and team members
Requirements:
Florida HHA or CNA certification
1 year of home care experience
AxisCare experience a PLUS
