RN – Progressive Care Unit (Orthopedic) | Fort Myers, FL
Join a dynamic orthopedic-focused Progressive Care Unit where your skills help patients recover stronger every day. We’re seeking a compassionate and motivated RN – PCU Orthopedic to provide exceptional care for post-surgical and step-down patients in Fort Myers, FL.
Pay: $33.00 – $48.00/hour
Shift Differential: +$6/hour
Relocation Assistance: $7,000 + $1,800/month housing for 3 months
What You’ll Do:
Provide high-quality nursing care for orthopedic and progressive care patients
Monitor patient conditions, pain levels, and recovery progress closely
Administer medications, treatments, and post-operative care
Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and multidisciplinary teams to support patient recovery
Educate patients and families on recovery plans, mobility, and discharge care
What You’ll Bring:
Active RN license
Minimum 1 year of acute care experience required
Strong assessment and critical thinking skills
