This is a rare opportunity to step into a high-volume, well-established practice offering interventional procedures, a collaborative support team, and an exceptional compensation package - all with a Monday–Friday schedule and zero on-call responsibilities.AT A GLANCELocation: Greater Houston AreaSchedule: Monday – Friday | No weekends | No on-callVolume: ~30 evaluations per day | 120–150 injections per weekSupport Staff: 2 Nurse Practitioners + 3 Medical AssistantsFocus: Interventional pain only - no medical managementCOMPENSATION & BENEFITSW2: $400,000 base salary + production bonus starting at 15% and tiering up based on productivity1099 Option: $420,000 base salary + production bonus starting at 15% and tiering up based on productivity$25,000 sign-on bonusFull malpractice insurance coverage and health insurance (W2)Negotiable paid time offKEY RESPONSIBILITIESPerform high-volume interventional procedures including epidural injections, nerve blocks, and joint injectionsConduct approximately 30 patient evaluations per day with a focus on individualized treatment planningAdminister 120–150 injections per week across multiple practice locationsDevelop and implement comprehensive, patient-centered pain management plans for acute and chronic conditionsMaintain accurate, compliant medical records and documentation in accordance with regulatory standardsStay current with advancements in interventional pain management and integrate evidence-based techniques into practiceQUALIFICATIONSMedical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institutionBoard eligible or board certified in Pain ManagementActive Texas medical license or eligibility to obtain licensureDemonstrated expertise in interventional pain management proceduresStrong interpersonal and communication skills with a patient-centered approachMust have anesthesia backgroundCULTURE & COMMUNITYThis practice fosters a collaborative, innovation-driven environment where physicians are empowered to deliver exceptional care without administrative burden.
