Key Responsibilities

• Support each child’s social, emotional, cognitive, and physical growth.
• Implement age-appropriate lesson plans and foster an engaging, safe classroom.
• Maintain regular, positive communication with parents and track developmental progress.
• Collaborate with colleagues to maintain a cohesive, welcoming school culture.
  
  

Qualifications

• Education: Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education (or related field) preferred.
• Experience: Previous experience working with preschool-aged children (3–4 years).
• NC Requirements: Active NC Criminal Background Check clearance letter required.
• Certifications: Current CPR/First Aid certification (or ability to obtain).
• Attributes: Warm demeanor, strong communication skills, and a genuine passion for ECE.
