Business Office Manager (BOM) – Skilled Nursing Facility
Muskego Health & Rehab is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Business Office Manager (BOM) to join our leadership team. This is an excellent opportunity for a healthcare business professional with skilled nursing, long-term care, rehabilitation, or healthcare revenue cycle experience who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about supporting residents, families, and facility operations.
If you have experience as a Business Office Manager, Admissions Coordinator, Medical Billing Manager, Healthcare Office Manager, Revenue Cycle Specialist, Patient Financial Services Manager, or Long-Term Care Administrative Professional, we encourage you to apply.
Key Responsibilities may include but not limited to:Manage resident billing, collections, and accounts receivable
• Oversee Medicaid pending cases and insurance verification
• Maintain resident trust accounts and financial documentation
• Assist residents and families with billing questions and financial paperwork
• Work closely with admissions, payroll, HR, and facility leadership teams
• Monitor census and support reimbursement processes
• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations related to business office operations
• Maintain accurate records and reporting
• Collaborate with corporate support teams on billing and reimbursement matters-
Maintain compliance with federal, state, and company policies
Previous experience as a Business Office Manager in a Skilled Nursing Facility preferred
Experience with Medicare, Medicaid, Managed Care, and Private Pay billing
Strong knowledge of accounts receivable, collections, and healthcare finance
Excellent organizational, communication, and customer service skills
Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced healthcare environment

Proficiency with healthcare software systems and Microsoft Office
