In this role, you will be responsible for completing a variety of commercial cleaning tasks across designated client facilities. From daily sanitization routine duties to addressing specific, high-priority site needs, your work directly impacts the quality and safety of our client spaces.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform standard commercial cleaning tasks, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, trash removal, and restroom sanitization.Respond promptly and efficiently to special cleaning requests or site-specific issues as they arise.Maintain equipment, supply inventories, and janitorial closets to ensure everything is orderly and operational.Adhere strictly to proper safety guidelines, chemical handling procedures, and company policies.Represent Clean Team professionally while interacting with account owners, management, and facility patrons.What We Are Looking ForEye for Detail: Strong ability to notice small clean-up needs and maintain consistently high standards across all assigned spaces.Effective Time Management: Capability to execute daily task lists efficiently and meet shift deadlines without direct supervision.Problem-Solving Ability: A proactive, solution-oriented mindset when encountering unexpected operational or cleaning challenges.Strong Communication: Clear verbal skills to interact constructively with team leads, management, and property representatives.Reliability & Adaptability: Dependable attendance paired with a positive attitude when adjusting to shifting priorities or client feedback.If you take pride in your work, enjoy active hands-on duties, and want to grow within a supportive service organization, we encourage you to apply today!
