This role supports the Programs Supervisor by managing datasets, maintaining records, assisting with documentation and reporting, and contributing to programmatic operations. The analyst ensures data accuracy, regulatory compliance, and efficient coordination across stakeholders.Responsibilities:Data Management & AnalysisDevelop, prepare, and validate datasets for use in SharePoint and program systems Perform data quality control checks and ensure accuracy of program dataExtract and compile data to support program tracking, reporting, and evaluations Records ManagementMaintain records tracking systems and spreadsheets to monitor complianceCoordinate with records management teams to resolve documentation issuesEnsure adherence to federal records retention policies and procedures Program & Operational SupportTrack application reviews, assignments, and staff workloadsSupport scheduling and documentation of field site visits and reporting formsMaintain logs of assignments, deliverables, and project milestones Documentation & ReportingDraft, format, and maintain programmatic documents, reports, and SOPsDevelop presentations, charts, and graphics using MS Office or Google SuiteProduce bi-weekly status reports and support leadership briefings Coordination & CommunicationTake notes during meetings and publish structured summariesServe as a liaison between program staff and records management teamsTrack action items and ensure timely completion across stakeholdersEducation/Certifications:Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Information Management, Business Administration, or a Related disciplinePublic Trust Required Qualifications:Experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint), Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides)Demonstrated ability to:Organize and manage datasets and reportsExtract and interpret data from databases and systemsStrong:Written and verbal communication skillsOrganizational and multitasking abilitiesAbility to:Work independently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environmentFollow procedural guidelines and adapt to new requirementsDesired Qualifications:Experience supporting federal programs or grants management environmentsFamiliarity with:SharePoint data environmentsRecords management compliance frameworksExperience creating SOPs and managing documentation workflowsBasic data visualization skills (charts, dashboards, presentations)Exposure to ecosystem restoration, environmental programs, or public sector dataPersonal Qualities: Highly detail-oriented with a strong focus on data accuracy and complianceProactive and self-directed with the ability to manage competing prioritiesStrong collaborator capable of working across geographically dispersed teamsProfessional, reliable, and responsive in communicationAdaptable and comfortable working in structured federal environmentsCorporate Summary:Acquisition Professionals (AP) LLC is an Economically Disadvantaged, Woman-Owned, HUBZone small business.
